FAQ
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: On average turnaround time is about 7-10 working days. If you do need something by a certain date please contact us before purchase.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Non personalised items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
Returned items must be returned unused and with tags still attached in order to get a refund. Please see T+C's for more info on this subject.
Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Yes we are very happy to create you a custom design.
Terms & Conditions

Returns/Exchanges
Our return policy is 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are a couple of exclusions on returns, they include: 
- Gift Cards, Personalised Items, Sale/Clearance Items

To organise a return please email us in the first instance and we will talk you through the return process. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless it is an error on our side.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and checked it over, refunds will be issued the following day and will be credited back to your payment method within a few days.
You will receive an email from us when refund has been processed.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
